Xring3 is a federally licensed firearm manufacturer specializing in 1911/2011 custom builds. We do NOT ship to Massachusetts or California. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to know if you can receive a transfer. All shipments must be transferred to an FFL where you will undergo a background check.
